Instructions for use:
Always wash your hands carefully before applying the earplugs. Push the earlobe between thumb and pointer. Wrap and squeeze the roller without wrinkling it. Pull the ear up and out and holding the earplug compressed, place it quickly from the rounded edge into the ear canal. Hold on to the ear for 15-20 seconds until it is completely unrolled.

Storage:
The earplugs can be reused as long as they are kept clean and in good condition.
- PU Foam: Keep them away from water.
- PVC foam: After use, wash with neutral soap and lukewarm water and let them dry at room temperature.
Use the plastic case to keep the earplugs fresh and dry. Replace your earplugs if they are damaged or dirty and clean them properly.

Caution:
- Consult your doctor before use if there is a puncture or drum infection.
- Do not push too deeply into the ear.
- Keep the ear plugs in their case in a cool, dry place.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Never use the ear swabs for swimming or showering.
