Plasters not sterile transparent polyurethane film coated with hypoallergenic polyacrylate adhesive and compressed central hydrocolloid.
Description and use:
The hydrocolloid plaster for corns & blisters corns is composed of a thin self-adhesive hydrocolloid layer, with breathable waterproof and bacteria proof polyurethane film backing layer.
Once applied on the blister/corn the plaster acts like a second skin by preventing from contusions, rubbing and alleviating pain. The plaster also absorbs any secretion in case of open wounds, turning the liquids into a gel and creating the ideal hydration, which accelerates healing and softens tissues to allow painless removal.
In case of corns, the plaster protects and soothes pressure on the area. The specific heel shape is designed for an easier application and to grant the best comfort.
Disposable in two type:
- COLC6828N: conformed for toes – box 10 pcs
- COLC6843N: conformed for heels – box 6 pcs

Application Instructions: Foam Cushions for corns and calluses are disposable and non-sterile and should be considered as devices which are not invasive, with short-term use. They do not require special skills or information for their use.
Precautions: Disposable and single use. Not sterile. Reuse may cause infection. In case of allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately. Do not use in case of infection. Before use, check the integrity protective wrapping. If reusing after use, it can cause infection: in this case consult a doctor.
Recommendations for use:
1. Wash hands accurately and make sure the skin is completely clean and dry.
2. Open the sachet and extract the dressing.
3. Gently pull the film no. 1 and – avoiding touching the central pad – apply the dressing onto the blister/corn.
4. Remove the film no. 2 and apply a gentle pressure ensuring the pad adheres to the skin.
5. Finally remove the film no. 3, pulling the undulating edges central opening.
The dressing remains in place approximately 8 hours, but this may vary from case to case. Remove it when the edges start detaching.
In order to remove the plaster, gently pull and lift the edge, then throw it away.
To obtain better results start applying the plaster immediately, until complete healing.
Repeat the application until complete healing.

Production Standard:
In compliance with Official Pharmacopoeia in force.

Class:
Legislative Decree 46/97 on Medical Devices classify this product, for EC marking, in Class I.
Conservation:
Conserve in a clean and dry place, with a temperature not higher than 50°C. Hygienical conditions of product are guaranteed only with intact packaging.
Expiry date:
Valid for 5 years from date of manufacture. The expiry date refers to the product correctly storage.
Disposal:
Disposal has to be conducted according to National Agreement.
The incineration or disposal should be carried out under supervision. If the product has not been in contact with infections agents or other hazardous materials produce no toxic residue.
