No valve disposable filter face mask, shell shaped, white color, made with different filtering material layers, each one with specific characteristics which create an effective protection barrier.

Inner layer - 180±20g /m2 polyester fabric;
Filter media - 70±5g /m2 polypropylene melt-blown filter fiber;
Outer layer - 180±20g /m2 polyester fabric.
Manufacturing material and filtering mask components do not contain latex. Mechanic and electrostatic filtration; double elastic head band (synthetic rubber strap), light blue color, which ensures an easy wearing and guarantees an optimal airtight; semi rigid round shape, soft black PU Foam nosepiece density 28±2kg/m3, aluminum adjustable nose clip.
These filtering face masks moreover satisfy all requirements according to regulations as per EN 149:2001+A1:2009, they guarantee an effective protection against solid and liquid toxic aerosol up to 12 x TLV*. Their use is suggested in sanitary environments to prevent biological and/or chemical polluting substances in the air. They protect against aerosol deriving from:
aluminum, bauxite, coal, silica, iron and low toxicity such as manganese, chrome, nickel, oxides ad chromium. Production system is subject to regular quality checks and manufacturer is certified ISO 9001:2000.

TLV: Top Limit Value, which is the average concentration in a time limit of 8 working hours upon 40 hours a week, when the worker can be exposed without health risks. The T.L.V. levels may vary according to the substance and resumed in specific tables.

Warnings: These filtering face masks do not supply with oxygen. Not to be used in situations as follows:
- Oxygen standard is less than 17%
- Polluting substances, or their concentration, are unknown or immediately dangerous for user health or life
- Polluting substances concentration exceeds 12 x TLV*
- In presence of polluting toxic or radioactive substances
- In presence of gas or vapors
- During fire operations
Leave immediately the working area if (a) breathing becomes difficult, (b) in case of anguish or dizziness. Face mask airtight and protection skills might be compromised if worn by personnel with beard.
The choice of the correct face mask model has to be carried out on the base of working place specific needs, working risk type and related environmental conditions.
The responsibility for identification and choice of correct/suitable filtering face mask (PPE) is on behalf of employer.
It is than appropriate to verify, before using, the suitability of this face mask style characteristics to own needs.
Before using, a visual examination of filtering face mask is required to make sure about the integrity and in particular way that the device is in perfect conditions, clean and whole.
In case the filtering face mask is not intact (visible damages as unstitching, breaking or mark), it has to be substituted.
Maintenance: Keep filtering face mask not yet used in its original packing, in a dry place and far away from direct heat sources. Do not modify or alter the face mask in any ways. Only disposable. It doesn’t require maintenance. Through away the face mask after single use.
In very hard working conditions or in particular places it is possible that filtering face mask is subject to sudden degradation not expected by manufacturer. 5 years life cycle.
Disposal: Disposal has to be effected according to National rules in force.
Incineration or waste disposal in dump have to be carried out under controlled conditions. The product, if not come in contact with any infectious agents or other dangerous materials, does not produce toxic residuals.
