Commercial name: three way stopcock with extension tube
Purpose of use: Infusion lines connector for the administration of drugs and solutions disposable, sterile, atoxic, non pyrogenic, latex free, lipid resistant device.
Description : three way stopcock with extension tube composed by:
- 3-ways stopcock in transparent polycarbonate with female luer lock
connector
- low memory PVC extension tube (available also with tube in PVC free from the following phthalates: DBP, BBP, DEHP, DINP, DNOP, DIDP)
- ABS flow deviator in blue color
- Male luer lock connector in transparent ABS
- Male luer lock cap in transparent PE
- Female luer lock cap in blue color ABS

Stopcock with 360° rotation
Printed arrows indicate the direction of flow on the deviator.
Tube: The tube, made with low memory PVC (available also with low memory PVC free from the following phthalates: DBP, BBP, DEHP, DINP, DNOP, DIDP), is transparent, so that the solution flow and possible air bubbles can be perfectly visible. The tube lenght is cm80 with internal diameter of mm2,5 and external diameter of mm 4,0.
Sterilization method: Sterilized by Ethylene Oxyde (EtO)
Residual gas quantity according to the in force rules
Sterilization time of validity: 5 years
Latex free: the three way stopcock and its packaging are completely latex free.
Phthalates: The presence of phthalates deemed to be dangerous for reproduction, makes this device considered not suitable for use in children and on pregnant and in-feeding women.
Compatibility to pharmaceutical products: The product is not intended to interact with the substances that they contact with, therefore the incompatibility episodes with disinfectants, infusion solutions, biological materials etc. are not known. They are not explicitly considered incompatible with the constituent materials of the product for incompatible pharmaceuticals with PVC and for the light sensitive solutions exist specific products.
Instructions for use: - Open the blister according to the peel open instruction
Remove the protection caps
Link the extension line to the administration set using the connectors and open or close the deviator by a rotation for opening or closing the ways.
Make the solution flow inside it eliminating possible air bubbles.
Warning: Keep it in a dry place. The presence of phthalates deemed to be dangerous for reproduction, makes this device considered not suitable for use in
children and on pregnant and in-feeding women.
For medical use only. Do not use if packaging is damaged.
Sterility guaranteed only if packaging is undamaged.
Use immediately after removing the protection caps..
Do not use it if the protection caps are damaged or not connected to the device.
For single use. Disposal of it after use.
