Non- toxic and non-pyrogenic syringe composed of:
Barrel (raw material: medical grade PP), piston (raw material: medical grade PP),
Rubber gasket raw material: natural rubber (Outsourcing component) and hypodermic needle stainless steel with triple beveling.
Capacity calibration printed on barrel surface. Generally the syringe can assemble with any speciation of needle.

Destination of use: 3 pieces disposable syringe for injections and infusions (invasive, surgical and short-time devices)
Needle: Stainless steel with triple beveling with luer cone with international colored hub according to the Gauge compliant ISO 594-1, lubricated with silicone oil in quantities ≤ 0.25 mg.
Sterilization method: Ethylene oxide Sterilization (EtO)
Gas residual: ≤ 10 ppm
Validity sterilization: 5 years from manufacturing date
Latex free: the syringe is completely latex-free, thus eliminating any risk of allergic reactions to latex
Packaging : Individual blister pack composed of medical paper and PP film that guarantees maximum security with regard to sterilization and prevents the formation of scraps of paper during the open operation. On the package: the sterilization date, expiry date and the batch numbers that are also reported outside the box which also shows the syringes quantity.
Barcode: EAN 13 barcode is printed on single blister packaging
Use and Instructions: Sterilized by EO, phalate free, bacteria free, non-toxi, non-pyyrogenic, open the individual packatge before use. Do not use when expired.
Do not use when individual package is broken or contaminated, protector removed or there is something inside the package.
Discard after single use.
Disposal: Disposal has to be conducted according to National regulations.
The incineration or disposal should be carried out under controlled conditions. The product has not been in contact with infectious agents or other hazardous materials produces no toxic residue.
Storage: Should be stored in the environment where relative humility is not more than 80%, and there is no corrosive gas, cool, dry and well-ventilation. .
Conformity: Conform to ISO 7886-1 -1993 and GB15810-2001 Standards.
